In accordance with Listing Rule 12.4.6, BMO Private Equity Trust PLC (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each on the London Stock Exchange through Singer Capital Markets.

The above figure ( 72,844,938) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
