The Board of BMO Managed Portfolio Trust PLC ("the Company") announces that on 15 July 2019 the Company allotted 225,000 Income shares of 10p each, from the Company's general business purposes blocklisting facility at a price of 137.0p per Income share. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing Income shares in issue and dealings are expected to commence on 17 July 2019.

Following this issue, the Company has the ability to issue 3,291,010 Income shares and 1,086,050 Growth shares under its blocklisting facilities.

Following this transaction the Company's issued share capital consists of 44,120,705 Income shares and 35,634,929 Growth shares, of which nil Income shares and nil Growth shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in BMO Managed Portfolio Trust PLC is 44,120,705 Income shares and 35,634,929 Growth shares.

The above figures (44,120,705 Income shares and 35,634,929 Growth shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, BMO Managed Portfolio Trust PLC under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
