A well-balanced article perhaps.

Lays out the rough times the industry has had....certainly coloured stones were more popular in recent times....to the promise of more advertising spend in the future.

'Bain’s projections over the longer-term are upbeat, supported by positive economic and demographic indicators. However, future growth rests on two key assumptions: continued demand for diamond jewelry and a limited substitution of natural diamonds by lab-grown stones.'

I think natural will always hold a certain mystique,especially for the bigger stones and luxury market.

Time will tell.

Have used a daily close chart this time. Notice the latest false downward break and return back over the rising 15 day moving average. The fast stochastic has got overbought, but this is a sign of strength. The MACD has flipped back up too and its in the bullish zone..ie. above zero.

The RSI is undemanding and thus could easily get to 75-80 before the rise has got ahead of itself. So we should be looking at about 2.80-3.00p at least I would have thought.

Not a bad close today at 2.30p. Possibility now of a break over the recent range highs. If it can do that, maybe tomorrow actually, then its got a good chance of testing 3p. We all know that fundamentally its doing well and should do even better next year, just need the chart to give us the signal. Here's the chart:

The forecasts in the cpr of the aim admission document on p33-36 are worth looking at as well. Spreadex could be finished for the time being.

The directors and owners have about 50% of the shares. So can’t see much further dilution. The same people gave the company short term loans for working capital rather than tap the market. Which incidentally the Company paid back early. Nice story developing here. Adam Waugh says it’s all about quality not quality. In the worlds top 10 mines for $ value per carat. GLA

All sounds pretty good to me. Obviously there will be a closing over Christmas so less production but hopefully with the general increased production per month and the and quarterly reporting starting we should have a lot to look forward to in the next report. Plus of course the new K1 pipe mining.
