27/10/2017 13:01 | They have quite a significant holding in Huntsman Corporation also.... Who happen to be very big in Titanium Dioxide...... | wishbone1970
27/10/2017 12:53 | Strategy The Sand Grove Opportunities strategy is Event Driven with a focus on Europe, seeking to exploit idiosyncratic opportunities across the capital structure. It has a dynamic, value-biased investment approach with no pre-defined asset allocation, and is flexible to select and invest in the optimal part of the capital structure. The aim is to limit downside exposure by being very selective and focusing only on investments with the correct risk/return characteristics. The hurdle for a potential investment is kept high and is met by the investment displaying favourable valuation, contractual or structural characteristics, as well as event dynamics and outcomes that can be understood and measured. A strong trading discipline and risk control framework are employed to mitigate potential losses. | monts12
27/10/2017 10:54 | What do we know about Sandgrove ...from past activities in other shares etc? | lasata

26/10/2017 11:00 | I had said Disko and of course the non-core.....ie i have always seen Disko as potentially huge in its own right. Certainly everything i have read points to it being a quite extraordinary place but its very complex to understand. | squiresquire
26/10/2017 10:16 | The suggestion seems to be that Disko will be spun out as a seperate (listed?) company, this giving more value to JAY holders and also protecting Disko from any bid for JAY. Sounds a decent plam. | astralvision
26/10/2017 10:12 | squiresquire - agreed but who's to say that Disko won't be a core holding in itself?! | snowyflake
26/10/2017 08:23 | Its now that we will start to get the bigger news items such as any takeoff agreements the EIS and the SIS. We also have news about Disko and of course the non core holdings they want to sell off. This to me is the most exciting time we have had in JAY so far. | squiresquire
25/10/2017 21:05 | Saturn5,your so right, always a twist | 25wbh
25/10/2017 20:38 | Your last post on this thread: saturn5 - 29 Aug 2017 - 19:58:38 - 1577 of 1947 BlueJay. Pituffik Superstar - JAY snowflake at the moment im happy with jay and ukog also gkp could move if a bid appears If you feel uncomfortable, sell up and invest elsewhere. Best of luck. | shutittrev
25/10/2017 20:29 | I find on AIM when everything looks fine, it doesn't work that way | saturn5
25/10/2017 14:47 | Whereas Richie666, the alternative would be to take advice from someone who has lost all credibility and has been exposed in a National Newspaper as being untrustworthy. This link will tell you all you need to know about Richie666 and Align Good luck to all genuine investors 'keep the faith' WB | wishbone1970
25/10/2017 12:15 | Point number 5 applicable here to longs. | richie666
24/10/2017 20:45 | Sometimes anal-ysts get it wrong which is why they are called anal-ysts. It's when they can't admit that have got something wrong that their creditibility goes to pot. Richie boy lost 70% of my money on a discretionary basis in just 6 short weeks. He's stupid and naive if he doesn't realise that he can't be right all of the time and on occasions make mistakes and errors of judgements. Do us all a favour Richie, leave this site and go and bug some other board | citytilidie
24/10/2017 20:24 | Tilly - rest assured I am still here. Watching in amazement at the stock price moving from stoopidly overvalued to the realms of eye rubbing. Anybody who remains long at this level aside from those locked in (read Mcillree - oh the irony for him) is bonkers squared. share price Angel gone, Western Areas gone and I suspect those below 3% that were linked early stage are gone. As I said to my ol "friend" "Trev" never confuse a stock price with a business' worth - ask Warren Buffet and the poor punters in Quindell etc... | richie666
24/10/2017 17:35 | chart to die for, next leg up underway, lovely! | astralvision
24/10/2017 16:45 | Fr Aim-listed Bluejay Mining is set to declare the discovery of the “world’s purest ilmenite deposit” in Greenland. Ilmenite, a form of titanium-iron oxide, is the key ingredient in white paint. It is also increasingly used in 3D printers. Mining minnow Bluejay will report that the resource at its Pituffik deposit is the purest in the world, with 23.6 million tonnes at 8.8pc ilmenite. Moreover, it has only conducted studies on 17pc of the resource, suggesting that the deposit could in fact be the biggest in the world. Im the Daily Telegraph earlier this year | 25wbh
24/10/2017 16:40 | A great days trading, what a share and still incredibly undervalued. It may be the cynic in me but news tomorrow? Share trading says could well be. Either way we still have far far to go with JAY and its globally important Ilmenite. | squiresquire
24/10/2017 16:24 | If it's 35 at Chrimbo macca, I have a two week window from Jan 1st. Get the Araki booked. On me. | shutittrev
24/10/2017 15:44 | actually 6666 has just closed his short | snowyflake |
