Super G - good to question valuation here. Way, way out of kilt er imo.

Here are just a few of the issues that could present a banana skin to the co and the "Macca" acolytes here - try a market cap that was approaching near £150m yet likely less than £5m on the balance sheet. A ginormous leveraged bull in the stock, near universal bull sentiment (hence contrarian opp), still not through the all important EIA or SIA, no offtake announcement, window for this year to harvest the ilmenite sands closing, positive cash flows likely years away (if ever), need to raise upto $50m, cornerstone investor sellers, related party sellers, resource based only inferred not measured... Need I go on?

See here for a different take so you can form a balanced view -

Jack,

I am in favor for scrutiny.
And yes, do discuss and stay critical.

But no, do not twist the facts into for you a favorable vision.
Do not take out all facts that are in favor. Do not change the facts.
That tends to dis-honesty.
And Jack, you do not wish to be accused of being dis-honest, now are you?
You must be really happy with a new member in your stinkey little group.
Or is the alter ego Super also one of your aliasses perhaps?
With your twisted brain it could be!
Cheers! Have two beers, one for each of your ego's

Right lets go for it then.

I'm 21 seconds into research EG the first youtube link in the header.

Who is the guy standing on the beach pointing at the sea saying.

"As you can see, access is pretty straight forward"

I'll continue on now and let's see if he mentions winter.

hmmm

All I asked was has the company stated it will be only be able to operate for about 3-4 months of the year at Pituffik.

Simple question really.

I have watched some mining documentaries about Greenland. It's a very hostile place with land slipping and sliding daily. With Pittufik right at the north it's obviously going to frozen over for most of the year including access to it.

It's a fair questions when you have some suggesting this will sail through a £150 mill M/C at such an early stage with limited cash and no revenue.

It could go through £500 mill for all I know but somewhere along the path as is always the case of SPs getting ahead of the business there will be a big retrace at some point with the usual trolls on the attack.

Then of course the main pumpers will be gone. Who they are will be obvious when the inevitable happens.

In, pump, stitch others up, pump while exiting then gone.

Superg1. Your bearish slant on JAY has no place here. Especially when you give the impression of being misguided, ill informed and poorly researched. Take a look at Michael Walters update 05/09/17 for a fundamental insight. Failing that, take time like other participants in this thread to read through the last 12 months RNS's. To make an impression one must appear impressive. The spotlight is on you sir!

Pittufik is is Northern Greenland covered in ice for most of the year average -12c to -28 c for most of it.

Have the company mentioned the operations window which looks to be about 3 to 4 months at best.

This looks like another junior miner where it will get pumped to death (already near £130 mill M/C) before the inevitable big retrace.

The only question is where is the top or has it done it's first top out already.

Name me such miners or oil guys that kept rising v the dozens that see a monster retrace.

Typically those pumping dissappear from the thread when it happens.

Generally nailed on post IPO for a rise as there is no supply.

So where is the top then how low will it go.

Annual subscription is a modest £70 or thereabouts well worth paying imho

Pituffik is the sort of orebody that Majors are attracted to, a multi decade resource
that has ultra high grade product in an easy going Western jurisdiction.

Homogeneous- it's identical in the first part, Moriusaq, right over Southwards 30kms later.
That gives your Metallurgical processing teams the luxury of not having to change their processing methods one month to the next.

No Radiation. As TiO2 is purified into food products & cosmetics ( its E171) the source has to be radiation free.
Pituffik is in this category.

Consolidation / M&A. The Market is consolidating with Tronox/ Cristal. Iluka/ SRX,
Huntsman just combined their Mineral sands business & IPO'd it.

Look at a World Map, travel down from Pituffik to the UK. You pass RIO's TiO2 operation in Canada, Then Tronox in Norway.
Germany is host to Multiple users accounting for a large %
Netherlands / Rotterdam
UK Hartlepool
The list is very long! We will ship our production into a very good market. Anyone
who thinks this is not a good business to be in ...
