Here you are Snowyflake,

It is about the same as printing money!
Just bend over and pick it up.

Lucky me having bent over and picked up quite a basket of BlueJay shares!

Astral - I do not wish to get over excited about eventual valuation but imo and the view of others the size of the resource, the purity of the resource and the fact that unlike most deposits the purity does not vary to a great degree across what has been examined in depth so far, means that the product should be particularly attractive to buyers.

I added some more yesterday but I remain very aware that there are steps that still have to be achieved before the board have an exploitation permit. It is therefore still feet on the ground!!

You can get the sets of SRX accounts on their website - well worth a look for comparisons. You will see that the latest mine that SRX built is Gangama; there were plans for another Sembehun to mine a different deposit at the time the sale to Iluka was completed- but each mine constructed costs a lot.

I am not either a miner or a geologist;.therefore I write in general terms. GL

PS there is a new tweet from Bluejay in Greenland posted yesterday evening. I do not have the know how to give a link here.

MW was right on big seller clearing at 18. Its done now by looks of it, hence significant volume kept it pinned at 18z

Big question now for me is when is Disco deal happening? With JAY advancing so rapidly and all the material news comi h as per last release, i reckon a split might be very very close indeed. Hopefulky good news for JAY holders.

thanks for the info re SRX.I see SRX was producing something like 125,000 tonnes/year of mainly rutile. I don't know what reserves they had (?), but situation at JAY re possible production levels and cost/tonne and % levels would, on a quick glance, seema lot better than SRX. Difficult for me to quantify that, perhaps 5-10 times better would be my guesstimate, wonder if that will translate through into any eventual sale to third party price. If so, we could be loooking at £1bn+ here.

astral - I agree with monts12; this is now a game of patience. Bluejay has a very large and pure resource. There are some hurdles to cross which I consider are relatively small hurdles e.g. finalise EIA and SIA complete internal DFS and prove up an increased resource. Then the exploitation permit; and there are works to be done. The Greenland authorities have to oversee a proper process.

imo keep at the back of your mind that SRX was sold incl debt for circa £250 million which many of the investors like me thought was an undervalue. At one point pre Ebola and pre a downturn in mineral prices SRX was valued by the market at £500 million.

I did nicely out of SRX; I hope to do far better from my investment in JAY and look forward to translating hope into expectation!!!

good volume, 4m+ traded so far, feels like it could take another hike north reasonably soon. Added yesterday.

It won't matter much over the med/long term whether 16p or 19p was paid for the shares, they will rise by orders of magnitude imo

That makes sense as there are a lot of trades today albeit mostly small. Good sign when they are still being tipped at this level, even after their recent rise
