Its actually quite relevant. Anyone developing a nano payment service using Satoshis would be a lunatic given the slowness and expense of the Bitcoin network.
SatoshiPay have made a wise choice to move away from them.

Satoshipay has NOTHING to do with bitcoin now... NOTHING !!! i have stated to Mr Fabrizi that maybe the name of the stock, when it is relisted, should not be satoshipay as the company no longer has any relationship with Bitcoin (which is good)

however i do concur that £50 Satoshipay (Bluestar) share price is somewhat fanciful

One is a denomination of the other.

A Satoshi is one-millionth of a bitcoin. The name worked perfectly for a Nano Payments product like SatoshiPay

SatoshiPay actually left Bitcoin in favour of Iota and left Iota in favour of Lumens

Satoshi has nothing at all to do with bitcoin, as you say no longer the case as they once did. Satoshipay left bitcoin a long time back in favour of stellar.

A Satoshi is the lowest denomination of a Bitcoin, Bitcoin is not a stable coin.
The name SatoshiPay stems from when it used Bitcoin, which is no longer the case.

Currently SatoshiPay uses Lumens, a non-stable coin on the Stellar network.

In a Reddit AMA Meinhard said they plan to use a stable coin in future but this hasn't happened yet.

There are a few stable-coins planned for the Stellar network, the IBM one seems a likely choice for SatoshiPay

No, XLM and a satoshi are two separate coins both on the stellar network. A satoshi will be a stable coin and a XLM will rocket in price. The Satoshipay will also rocket in price as a stock

I think blu and satoshipay called it right - returning in this market wud easily have seen us fall to .20 or lower. Satoshipay is not a crypto play it's disruptive technology and I'm hearing it going well. Prospectus is due out late Nov/early December.

I've been in this 3 years and I still remain positive despite how the market has trashed all crypto and bc plays. U couldn't give away these presently so yes its a calculated strategy by blu/satoshipay. Gla
