I've been looking at the last Final results (to 30/9/17), and have a problem reconciling the Equity for the year, and would be grateful if anyone can enlighten me - I'm sure it's something simple I've missed !

From the Cashflow, there is 'Proceeds from issue of equity' of £1,550,000 but on the Statement of Changes in Equity, this shows as £1,975,119 - A difference of 425,119.

It’s now 2 months since the shares were suspended and the exclusivity to do the reverse takeover runs to 31 October. I would like to think they wouldn’t take it to the wire and we will get an update fairly soon.

I would like to think that the prospectus paints a picture of a leading edge business that is a first mover in the nano-payment market sector, and as such the value of the company after the inevitable fund-raising as part of the listing, enables the old BLU shares to trade at a premuim to their pre-suspension price. Conjecture, of course and one needs to wait for the prospectus before all becomes clear.

well, we now approach end of September.

one assumes that the major part of things has now been resolved and we should get an idea as to admission documents and AGM over the next several days.

it seems obvious to me that these guys will need to raise money, so an open offer would seem the route to go.

if Daniel Masters invested £566k at £17 million valuation then it will be interesting to see what they (Fabrizi and Benn) decide as to an open offer price. it wouldnt seem particularly bright not to let investors pre suspension avoid any kind of dilution.

we will find out soon !!!

Stellar Lumens [XLM], at press time, was trading at $0.234 with a growth of 20.47%. The cryptocurrency was holding a market cap of $4.14 billion, an increased amount on the back of a 13.94% weekly rise.

The majority of the trade volume of XLM was held by Binance, with the XLM/BTC pair occupying 27.35% while the XLM/USDT pair held a 16.31% quota on the exchange.

Some market speculators believe that the rise of XLM can be attributed to the recent reports of the cryptocurrency being listed on OKCoin. Stellar has been creating a buzz in the cryptosphere following the announcement of Lightyear, a global ledger that aims to provide asset management capabilities.
