I've been in this stock since 114.5p and am loading up yesterday and today. Forget about the fundamentals...which big software co would love to acquire the leader in a likely $20 bn plus market? £1bn is a rounding error for them

This is a perfectly natural reaction - the price has bounced off the upper range of the channel and should bounce off the lower line or before.

Always interested in peoples motivation... so look at their posting history (are they only this thread? Hint: yes), look on LinkedIn & for competitors he mentions... then draw your own conclusions.

ash, I also find his motivation confusing. I hate to think how many potential investors he may have scared off.

Dannyboylife visits this thread when there is a big drop, like last time in jul/Aug. Can't understand if he is long or short, but if he has no position here, why bother others?

I can't value this company - I don't believe anyone can, accurately

I made a pile on ASC holding it all the way up with people telling me quite reasonably that the valuation was nuts - I will hold this one until the chart tells me to sell- as it will at some point - it's the only way I can make a sensible decision

SP drops because of yesterday’s Nasdaqs tech falls (which are reversing tonight)& someone says the biz is doomed? Yet points to growth in two legit competitors in a booming mkt. DYOR & don’t get spooked. Prsm have 100% renewal & av. 2.4 x upsells to existing clients - how’s that for proven, documented loyalty? This is a growth story for UIP & AA too if they move beyond software & position as a platform.

It was using AI to identify risk areas in audit I believe.

Danny boy can you buy shares in UIpath or Automation Anywhere? I don't think so. Can you buy shares is PRSM? Yes. Could there be M&A activity in the RPA space? Quite possibly.

DT, nope, that's completely inaccurate and in fact, the opposite is true. Look at where they all focus in the RPA world, they are head to head on the same panels, conferences and in the same research data. Even partnering competitively with the same people. They are both RPA vendors. They have no real AI (that's another hype for them to try and fend off Workfusion who do real AI (raised ~$100m to build it) - and free "weak" RPA but getting "stronger". UIPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere (and about 10 others) are all fighting in the same space, still to this day and have competed head to head for the last 3-4 years.

After BluePrism floated and UIpath raised $35m - both for the "RPA market", UIpath have been coming on stronger. BluePrism is a 10+ year old company.

Not sure what project you were on but I think I can guess. Not really AI now is it?

DannyBoy.....Aren't Blue Prism and UI Path doing different things, albeit in the AI fields. I've just finished contracting at Pwc, one of UI's partners, and we were using AI for data analysis. Blue prism uses AI for automating back end jobs. AI is a big field....who's to say that both companies cannot succeed. Given that both companies are backed by the same partners suggests to be that both companies products are used to fullfill different tasks

Hard to know what to do. This baby just kept on going up and I was so wrong.

I do not believe my logic was wrong. I think this company is doomed with limited old technology. Their partners are as loyal as the a new puppy. UIpath is currently eating their lunch. UIPath and AA are winning the PR game too with the analysts and press. I heard the UIpath CEO today say revenues are up 800% - and many accounts are "old" BluePrism accounts. They have the large RPA account in Japan (supposed prime territory for BP). UIpath's pricing (and most others) now is a fraction of that of BluePrisms 2016 prices so that does not bode well either.

Whether you can make another 30% or 100% or lost the lot here though, I could not tell you.

Topping up isn't bad here as long as you are not holding it for few weeks. I'm full but good if one can top up. Stocks are hit in general yesterday and today.

Ashehzi I don't think this one is typical. I have found it very difficult to 'read' most stocks much easier, mms widen the spread but you can still fairly easily see which a re 'buys and which 'sells for example.

IMO
