Maybe he wanted to clear a debt or pay for a home improvement, who knows. Could be many reasons why he might have wanted to exercise them now.

But the options had a lapse date of 31 January 2028 so it was not as if he had to exercise them. By exercising them and selling them now, when the price was falling, he clearly indicates that he does not expect any short term hike in share price.

Just exercised options for 40000 odd at £13 or so that's about 1/2 million to lay out there must be a deal with a broker to put up the excise money and then sell so he only gets the £2 x400000 = about £80,0000 difference and dosen't have to find the 1/2 million

The finance director selling selling a total amount of 39517 shares on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week is not exactly positive news. If a US listing was around the corner and this was going to lead to a large increase in PRSM's share price surely he would have hung on, particularly as they were share options he was selling.

Very unusual graph for this company, there seems to be an upper limit 18/18.50 where the price drops significantly.

I think some Bank of America swaps (I guess debt/ equity swaps, but I don't actually know) have been purchased, and this may have driven the price down?

Yes, I don't really see a reason for the drop. It almost seems like there is an upper limit of £18. Looking at a stock price chart it looks as there there is generally an upward trajectory.
It'll be interesting to see if it can break through what seems to be the upper limit of £18 though.

Some interesting movements in the cloud and increasing R&D. But time will tell

I was thinking of taking some profit off the table at 1800p,but didn't 🙄
It does seem that most times we manage to get here, the share tumbles soon afterwards.
It Has had a remarkable run though.

Agreed hatfullofsky. Even if not that high, at least 25% of that to start. If mgmt had any sense (or decent advisors) they would take advantage of the recent ipo craze in the US and conduct a listing there asap in Q1. The raised profile, new investment and name recognition it would bring would be worth far more than what they are trying to do from here. It would all translate into a higher price all round which certainly would benefit them more than most !

UiPath $750m raise / $35BN valuation

The company reported more than $400 million in annual recurring revenue in July.

Using the same (Revenue) metric we should be valued at $13.7BN !!!!
