reason for fall is trading, some people need the money and losing out.

The price is an excellent opportunity to top up.
In a few days or end of next week,it will be close to £19 in my opinion.

So hold your shares tight.

Sell in profit good, I'm holding on to my shares mainly invested long term in sipp pension, and think this company could be taken over some point in future

The bidder off course will have to value the company and make a decent offer plus an incentive to the shareholders.
Then the board of directors will either recommend accept or reject the offer.

Then they might make a hostile offer.
Probably counterbidders come in offer more.

Around £25-£27 good value.
The prospects for PRSM 2020 growth are very bright.

Loads of games on takeovers!

If a buyout were on the cards at the moment, would Bathgate have sold so many shares a couple of weeks ago? He sold 170,000 @ 1,381.57p on 23rd Jan 2020. Could be his selling dates are fixed to avoid insider activity...

But keeping the same outlook in comparison to its competitors market cap. the new target should easily be double at 50+£.

Analysts at Shore Capital have done similar calculations and have come to an even bolder conclusion: ‘Taking the average of the recent private equity valuations for UiPath and Automation Anywhere implies a short-term fair value for Blue Prism of $2.4bn (or £27 per share).

They do not get sick with human viruses, no holidays, no strikes,no disputes,no arguments,no rows, no talking back to boss.

I expect more customers signing and joining Blue Prism clientelle with the recent health world issues.
