And as I told you all last year, there are probably 10 to 15 other smaller RPA players, like Contextor, out there that can be aquired for next to nothing. There are also another dozen small to medium ones competing too. The market is over saturated with RPA vendors and last year you all said the the 10 year lead PRSM had would make them the permanent leader. Their customers and partners are now using cheaper alternatives, some are next to nothing in cost and work just fine.

Mortgage, Redundancy and Divorce

I have a very complicated situation where I am currently going through a divorce and have just been told that I am to be made redundant in May.

The redundancy money clears all debts and gives me a breathing space to meet my day to day bills for at least the next 9 months.

I also have redundancy protection insurance which will cover my mortgage payments for up to 12 months while I am looking for new work. I have just been speaking with a careers coach who has told me that it may take 6 months to secure a similar job to the one I have right now.

On the divorce front we are starting to go through the financials. I want to buy my wife out of her share of the property which thanks to family I can afford to do so. The problem is changing the mortgage over from joint names to my name. Naturally the bank will be reluctant to allow this as I have no income.

Just guessing but perhaps the potential aquirers lined up you all keep talking about, have been doing serious diligence, Even perhaps SAP before they decided to buy Contextor for pennies on the PRSM dollar, didn't like the numbers and renewal rates.

I think if the next recovery holds, we will be out of the wood because we are now at the same floor where we were a while ago within (£10 - £12).
It cannot go down forever.
Could recover strongly tomorrow with the US as Nasdaq and Dow were hammered by over 3% each last night. Today is a holiday in the US (funerals of G. Bush - National day of mourning).
So there will be some recovery but BP must give some positive news to alleviate this non-stop downturn since the update because it looks really overdone.
However, I must admit that any movement in any direction will be sharp. So any recovery will be also sharp due to the low number of shares issued by BP.

I must admit that I didn't like it when you first posted this thefartingcommie, but you do seem to have called it right.
Just wish that I took some decent profits off the table then.

next support at 1375

144 dma comes in at 1266

technicals showing increasing d/ward momentum and nowhere near approaching o/sold levels

take it or leave it

...still valid..maybe more so now the £18 level has failed conclusively

reiterated...target price now £10.00

then where?

Any recovery is killed straight away. The shorters have decided to drop it towards £10 level. Then take it up from there as they did a while ago.

Buy to Let/ Unemployment and Divorce

I own a property with my soon to be ex wife with a value of approx 260k, the mortgage balance is 178k. I was made redundant in April and have redundancy insurance to cover mortgage payments for a year.

My wife now wants to get a move on and leave our home and also have her name removed from the property. I have the money to buy her share out but clearly as I do not have an income will not qualify for a normal residential mortgage.

Is it possible whilst being unemployed to arrange a buy to let mortgage (LTV is about 67%) for say a year whilst I look for work. If possible I am also looking to take professional qualifications which will take 9 months.
