Well the actual Halifax words when trying to get a quote-just tried again- is "we no longer allow investment in this stock"
Wow! That's god's truth, won't show a price to trade, above quote pops up instead.
But other platforms, banks will, as you say.

Halifax is bssically saying it's not trading in the stock any longer. Maybe it's due to suspend temporily, awaiting a deal.

It wouldn't allow me to buy earlier on today even for a piddly amount but I ended up going in At best, which isn't ideal. However at these prices, the risk is for getting them at this price is absolutely worth it.

Only 36.5m shares in issue with the majority held by major investors, and so expect plenty more upside from those that want in, in anticipation of a game changing deal....News could drop at anytime. Gla ;-)

Ps jonnynixon, the undoubted share dilution on confirmation of a Blockchain RTO will very likely be irrelevant to the potential shareholder value created, depending on how much money is raised commensurate to how many new shares are needed....Rodger's RTO track record and shareholder returns speaks for itself and he stated in his interview that his expectations are a 10 bagger for such deals...and because it's Blockchain, the interest and demand could be bigger than expected imho..Gl :-)

Derriston Capital, which S4 Capital is in the process of merging with through a reverse takeover, announced on Tuesday that S4 Capital had acquired Mediamonks for an undisclosed fee. Business Insider understands the price is close to €300 million, with around a 50-50 split between cash and shares. A source close to the deal suggested the valuation was around 30 times historic earnings.


Sir Martin Sorrell quit as CEO of WPP in April amid an internal conduct investigation.He returned to the market six weeks later with S4 Capital, a vehicle for acquisitions.S4 Capital has struck its first deal: a €300 million takeover of Dutch digital agency MediaMonks.WPP was also looking at buying MediaMonks and says Sorrell used proprietary information from his time as CEO. The ad giant claims Sorrell has breached his contract and BI understands WPP intends to withhold future share bonus payouts.

17% rise today and listed as 8th Top Riser, should increase investor focus and interest in anticipation of a game changing Blockchain RTO deal that could be worth many multiples of Bloc's current £2.56m market cap, and only 36.5m shares in issue with the majority held by major investors....a potential multi-bag ahead, Rodger and Jon's track record for successful RTO's is up there with the best......News expected anytime now!!!
