Gex is looking interesting:

Reverse takeover of proven assets, Helium wells located in Australia. License obtained.

Low risk of re-entering old producing wells.

Off-take agreement with Harlequin Energy for refining and transportation of hydrocarbon & helium when they're extracted. Gex gets paid at the well-head.

Asset estimated to worth £5billion.

Company have plan to admitted onto the main FTSE market

CEO have invested £2.5 million of his own money.

Small number of free float shares.

Fully funded programme to start in Q4.

AND a strange declaration re the loan and the 'fixed and floating charge over the Company's property and assets being extended' when according to companies house such a charge doesn't exist or at least the one that was created on or around February 2023 (per original loan RNS) has already been 'satisfied' ?





having an interest rate of 16% per annum paid quarterly in cash and a whole raft of cheap warrants for something that doesn't exist doesn't quite ADD UP

With no drilling taking place this year Cap Ex must have reduced. But yes they would have spent something on workovers. We won't find out until the report in September by which time they will probably announce a new drilling plan.

There's not a whole lot of achievement in that trading statement, unless you're talking about Haywood and ways of increasing personal wealth.

It's all "things are ticking along", "people are interested", "production is happening", "injuries aren't happening", "we're doing studies".

So I guess if you're a believer in the company, it's all going well, and if you're not, then it continues to deliver hot air

Ummmm dodge .... He does mention production rate .... Average 534 barrels per day. The other plus to take out of this RNS is CCS testing is coming on at a faster pace than I expected , most likely see this up and running before P3 ..... and seeing as it's substantially less of a risk that drilling gas or oil wells , this may just be the quantum leap project , just requires bit more patience.... Which should be fine for non shareholders like yourself
