At the moment TAM have 2 shares in issue.Would have been a bit difficult getting 7.5%.The file will be available shortly with the number of shares to be issued

Worth looking at the BNR agreement worth Tam Mining:

BNR have until 08/08/2017 to successfully raising a minimum of US$5 million by way of loans or subscription shares or to get their 7.5% they (BNR) will assist TAM in identifying relevant sources of finance during the Option Period.

"Under the terms of the Agreement, Blenheim will pay a nominal option fee of £1 and will be granted the option to be issued with ordinary shares in TAM equal to 7.5% of its entire issued share capital, on a fully diluted basis (the "Option"). The Option is exercisable by Blenheim within a period of 6 months of: (i) TAM obtaining an NI 43-101 compliant resource statement; or (ii) 12 months of the date of the Agreement, whichever is sooner (the "Option Period"), subject to TAM successfully raising a minimum of US$5 million by way of loans or subscription shares (the "Funding Condition").

"If TAM does not successfully meet the Funding Condition or if the Option is not exercised within the Option Period, the Option will lapse. As consideration for receiving ordinary shares in TAM equal to 7.5% of its fully diluted share capital, the Company will assist TAM in identifying relevant sources of finance during the Option Period. Blenheim will immediately commence a detailed due diligence study of TAM's project and has agreed to provide technical and commercial support to TAM.



Shame BNR never updated us on Tam M in their progress report last week!!!

A fruitcake over on lse posting endless nonsense trying to deramp.. I suspect linked to a certain person I wont mention. Anyhow, the more persistent they are, the more obvious there is something big worth Investing here. A full 2 months of no postings at all, then suddenly on 13th June he fires up the account for an endless stream of just BNR postings..... The true sign of a multi-Alias game player. They want your shares, and are trying to flush out weakness to buy as cheaply as possible. Dont let them, make them pay top dollar. This company has around £1.4mill of cash at present. And lithium deals are being done right now.

Ah barnetpeter You said that on another stock a couple weeks ago, and there was no placing but the price rocketed. I think you will find blenheim have about 1.4mill in cash at the moment, so a placing is very unlikely. Cash is king though.
