The Company announces that, following the vesting of a conditional share award under the Company's performance share plan (as notified to the market on 1 October 2020) Matt Jones, Chief Executive Officer, sold 131,232 Ordinary Shares on 6 October 2020 to cover his tax liability in relation to the award. The Ordinary Shares were sold at an average price of 195 pence per share. Matt now holds 159,232 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.21% of the issued share capital.
