Blackbird plc (AIM: BIRD), the developer and seller of the market-leading cloud video platform Blackbird, announces that Jim Irving, a non-executive director of the Company, will step down from the Board on 22 November 2019 to focus on other business interests.

Andrew Bentley, Chairman of Blackbird, said: "On behalf of the Board we would like to thank Jim for his valuable contribution to the Company over the last three years. We all wish him well with his future endeavours."

Jim Irving added: "I have wholly enjoyed my three years providing input to the board which has seen growth of the business and the evolution of Blackbird's products.
