Probably. Unless they are into hiding lights under bushels, that would speak volumes.

They can get away with a "current business ahead of last year" statement simply based upon the multi year deals already signed. So even a bland statement will be hard to unpick.

No physical shareholder pressures in the AGM meeting room today makes for a more comfortable day for directors I guess.

There are no announcements because there are no big deals. At most, we will get a wishy washy pre AGM statement.

In geological circles "soon" could mean anything up to about 10m years. We should have asked IM for his frame of reference when he said it. I am genuinely puzzled though by the lack of RNS Reach releases for customer wins. In theory it means that they have won nothing that falls short of a mandatory notification but which they nevertheless they think is significant - in the light of the past history anything over £50K might be considered - but if that is the case they are going to take a long time to reach break even. It would certainly explain why there appear to be no new IS taking up stakes.

The LSE launched its new software this morning and its BIRD page is certainly easier to read and has some good features. It is a pity that like most new products these days it has some obvious faults that ought to have been detected before they launched it but no doubt they will iron these out. One thing it does do is make the difference between an RNS and an RNS Reach announcement crystal clear because they are colour coded. Neither was posted this morning. But it makes it clear as day that the last RNS that actually involved news of a customer win was A+E with everything after that being company admin like share options, incentive schemes, number of shares in issue oh and financial results.

Realised this a while back, all my shares held on II, Iweb or any other platform never got invite or included. They throw it into the nominees account. No shares = no vote no count. I would log on and vote. BWTFDIK

I heard he has a soft centre. Wasn't IM ex A&E? Hopefully, he can aid a sell in. At the very least, it seems he might have come based on interactions with BIRD trying to sell in.

So now the Governments announced all sport can resume on Monday are we likely to see the elusive OEM announcement which was delayed because there was no sport?

'Participated'. That's one way of putting it. It was about 70k shares. I've had more expensive nights out.

Bonio. Had to laugh this morning. I didn’t realise they posted my question on that investor presentation website. Q15: When are you going to get rid of the dead wood. Andrew Bentley seems to be a waste of space. He hasn’t even bought any shares in the company so obviously doesn’t believe in what your doing. Answer. We are happy with the high calibre of our board and I reiterate that all 6 members of the Board are shareholders, and the Board participated in the last placing in November.

I nearly said Andrew? Then I worked it out! I’m sat outside and a little very tame Blackbird has just come up to see me. Hopefully a good sign

Hopefully Andrew is spending the weekend crafting a statement for us. I'd hope for at least 100 words to cover his fee. I don't mind if 99 of those are copied and pasted from last year's statement.

Didn’t really understand today’s trading... appeared many large buys - the 100ks and the 250k, but share price lowered. Was expecting a big delayed sell to come through... Any thoughts...?!

Totally baffled; have read back through the posts of this evening and can see no reason for a personal attack on me followed by more unwarranted vitriol. Anyways - pointless clogging up the board and thanks to all for expanding my knowledge of Blackbird. Good luck with this and your other investments.
