Invest360 No. Blackbird is a better technology horse to ride on into the future imho. Highly scalable across the globe for every media worker via multiple device types and any location at what can be low cost. I’m backing Blackbird’s scalability Secret is the Codec

NickB. Will you be attending the Vimond webinar or do you already know all about their offering? Forgive me for asking again but I couldn’t interpret whether your lack of interest was because you’re already familiar with their offering?

Zoom Video Webinar allows you to broadcast a Zoom meeting to up to 10,000 view-only attendees, depending on the size of your webinar license. Webinar licenses start at a capacity of 100 participants and scale up to 10,000 participants. Looks like bird have gone for one above basic.😬

Anyone know is there a limit on the number of people you can have join on a Zoom webinar?

So that implies close to another 200 on this next webinar? Total 400 ish? That’s way beyond my expectations for such a specialised webinar.

The last webinar was attended by over 200 industry professionals, this one isn’t to be missed. Thursday 28th May - 11am UK time. I seriously doubt we have signed any major new deals. They would have been announced, even via a tweet, for sure. There might be some bits and pieces - but nothing major. The upside is a full year of Townnews, A&E etc.

A quick glance at SSBs link shows: "In the space of a year, Gfinity has grown Gfinityesports.com monthly users from 5,652 in May 2019 to 6,316,269, delivering more than 21,000,000 page views in April alone. RealSport101.com meanwhile, has grown its user base by nearly 70% since May 2019 and is on track to reach 4,000,000 users this month." So that customer is growing fast too. I wonder if BIRD is growing at anywhere near that pace?

Let's hope the OEM does appear. Wouldn't be the first BIRD Charlie Brown moment. Mind you - existing annual revenues will still be increasing markedly with or without it.

IM Linkedin. Over the last week, we’ve seen production gradually start to resume and it’s clear that the last 2 months will have lasting effects on production workflows. Now we’re seeing the scale-up of teams beyond physical production studios, enabling a global focus around working with talent around the clock. The flexibility brought by the cloud means that companies are prepared for any bump in the road, no matter how large or small. The economic, operational and creative benefits of remote production can no longer be ignored. Take a read of our latest blog to hear our thoughts on the new normal of production.
