Question anybody! How is this going to effect us shareholders?

(Following Completion, the Company will no longer be considered to have its place of central management and control in the United Kingdom by virtue of the overseas residency of a majority of the New Board. Accordingly, following Completion, the Company will not be subject to the City Code.)

Thanks.

Hi Fut, How could I not do it? I enjoy the comeraderie built up among us long-suffering holders. Just waiting for the new epic.

Do you think the new owners would join in? If they registered with advfn, just imagine ..... we could publicly pillory them if they ever set one foot out of line. ...... but just don't call them 'sooty', however affectionate the term,.

Morning all.

Base ..... ""still trying to work out the purpose of...""
I would imagine that as the deal had been virtually dealt, (as they had refused and rejected all the other interested parties), all the info necessary for the deal, and the terms for the deal, were based on the complete "state of affairs" of the company at a particular date. Now, as time goes on, and with running costs (in this case, admin, etc) depleting the bank balance, they had to restore the bank balance to the amounts in the agreement.

I would hardly think the 2.5g was enough to tip us over the edge, as we are actually 'creditworthy', so its more than likely dotting the i's and crossing the t's, or simply just to make the books balance, after paying admin, wages, etc.

Of course, I could be wrong, but my name is Ivan Burgess. Is it likely that I am wrong? Just ask yourself, have I ever been wrong before? Aren't I just 'the man' ???? Cool dude ??? 'The biz' ??? Aren't I the hero in all this? Didn't I promise to get you rich if you invested in one of my companies??? Didn't I give you this magnificent chance to become one of the few millionaires in your street??? So trust me, guys. I am always right.

....... errrrr, ok, well maybe I might have been a tad, well, errr, ....

We have all read it Fut thanx ;-)

Yes is good that the new company will give shareholders a chance to buy at 1p, although in true (formally known) BLR fashion am sure we will be able to buy at 1p anyways

Hello folks,
I,m still trying to work out the purpose of Dr C,s £2500.00 loan to BLR!! Any ideas on this one? Was it just to top up the Petty Cash/Latest payment on Company Car/Clerk,s owed wages or to entertain Cetus "big-wigs??

My calculator has run out of spaces to fit in all the shares once the first and second subscriptions have been completed (@1p)

I guess the next rns will also tell us what the new ticker will be for us to have nightmares over ;-(
