If you like property shares look at NORTHACRE,up 650% in 2006, should do the same in 2007. Prime London builder, where prices are going up at 30% per year.

you are getting mixed up with the two deals the
paper 3m euro profit has come from the earlier deal
and the second one in june is for the 17 flat which
brp have bought a 30% share in the profits.

wrong they acquired an option they bought them 2 weeks ago have now sold for a 3m profit and transfered and paid for there share they now own 17 flats with no debt they can sell them anytime and reinvest mms are never far away when profit is too be made and they are in here now watch and learn 25-30p in about 4 weeks imho

they already have 3m for a 600,000 investment in two weeks plus 8m when the flats are sold get real all in 2 weeks and propety in potugal is rising at 25% per anum,someone bought 200,000 this am and mms piled in double digits 2-morrow easy

the rns reads to me like peter paying paul and
paul buying back in for future investment,so no
change other that white raven and their backers
get a piece of the pie.
If and when the flats are sold for 24m that for
me is the time to look again.

this thread should come alive rather quickly with this sort of investment in prime property in an exclusive region when this hits peoples radar i cannot believe it a 500% profit in two weeks.i hope all there portfolio is as good

Pershing Sec bought into recent equity placing from co otherwise known as Will & Co These have been placed with their clients. My info suggests some interesting developments ahead. Wait for lift off into orbit soon!!
