21/11/2016 14:50 | Good spot stepone - got my years wrong. So he sold two large slugs in April 2015 (not '16), and then another in Oct 2014 (not '15). I guess my point is that we have the world's most informed man on this Company being a consistent seller over the past two years, having sold more than 5% of Company's share capital over this time. I prefer to see CEO/MDs buying rather than selling for choice. | ilovefrogs
21/11/2016 13:03 | Anyone with Selftrade by any chance? I still haven't received my dividend. Just wondering whether anyone else with them is in the same position? I have complained! Thanks. | lauders
21/11/2016 13:00 | iovefrogs - I can't see those April sales you are talking about. The October 2015 sale was Ian Nicolson - NOT Peter Harrison. The last time Harrison sold any was April 2015. | stepone68

21/11/2016 12:26 | He (PH) also sold two lots back in April, and another slug in October 2015. Whilst I have a little sympathy (as his salary isn't huge), I also find it a bit irritating that he spends time out doing roadshows expounding the virtues of his Company, whilst selling big slugs himself. I think it would be helpful if he drew a line under this and said he wouldn't be selling any more for X years (where X could be 2 - 5, say). He either believes in his Company or he doesn't. If he doesn't then why should we? | ilovefrogs
21/11/2016 09:05 | Sneaky time to report them. But can't blame the directors taking some of the rewards of their success. Price doesn't appear to have been affected. | igbertsponk
20/11/2016 17:07 | Director sales after the close on Friday - RNS. | bdroop
14/11/2016 09:02 | step - it was in my account as cash and could have been used for share purchases. You can't actually withdraw money from a SIPP until you reach retirement. | rcturner2
11/11/2016 15:38 | ...and I see the price has moved a wee bit. Maybe all those lucky people with a dividend payment are re-investing it :-) | stepone68
11/11/2016 15:37 | Hi Martin, yes, iWeb are normally a day later - but it normally shows up in the 'Dividends received' section, then shows as cash the next day with a 'dividend sweep' in the ledger. Currently I can't see anything for today. Anyway I have had a replay to my email (from Peter Harrison!) to say that iDealing should be able to organise a BACS payment via the registrars, so I have emailed them about this. Hopefully they can get it sorted although they don't bowl me over with their admin processes (iDealing, that is). Thanks, StepOne | stepone68
11/11/2016 15:08 | I use HL and the divi is in my account today. | impvesta
11/11/2016 15:07 | stepone68 - I use Halifax & there is no sign of any Divi yet. Not unusual for it to be a day late though. | martinthebrave
11/11/2016 14:26 | I remembered a similar problem last year, and I just checked my emails. I got a response from iDealing to say that they received a cheque on 6th November, and it would be cleared by 11th November. The payment date was 30th October last year, so it took almost 2 weeks for me to get the money. I don't see that sending cheques would be standard for Bioventix - otherwise how have sippdeal got theirs so quickly. Does it shows as 'cleared' in your account RC? Could you actually withdraw the money? I'll drop a line to Investor relations. StepOne | stepone68
11/11/2016 12:33 | I use sippdeal now called AJBell I think. | rcturner2
11/11/2016 11:35 | Where's mine ? I wanted to place the whole lot on Scotland to beat England tonight! (not) StepOne | stepone68
11/11/2016 11:02 | Ta for that RCTurner - mine arrived and now taken out of brokers account (Charles Stanley efficient as ever). | igbertsponk
11/11/2016 11:01 | Sorry, that's meant to be a '?', not '>'. Finger slipped. | stepone68
11/11/2016 11:00 | Which broker> I've got some with iDealing, and iWebSharedealing (part of Halifax) and neither is showing the dividend yet! StepOne | stepone68
11/11/2016 10:26 | Got my dividend and special dividend today. | rcturner2

19/10/2016 02:36 | For what it is worth I also don't rate TMF which is sad because I used to visit the site almost every day a few years ago and now I may visit once a month. Was just sharing the link earlier as it was the only recent "news" I could find after the results and sometimes they get it right! Looks like we may well drop below 1400p for starters at this rate and then who knows after such a large spike. May be able to buy lower than 1300p ilovefrogs! | lauders |
