DIVIDEND DECLARATION

BioPharma Credit PLC (LSE: BPCR), the specialist life sciences debt investor, is pleased to declare an interim dividend in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2018 of $0.0175 per ordinary share, payable on 28 September 2018 to ordinary shareholders on the register as at 31 August 2018. Shareholders in receipt of such a dividend will be treated for UK tax purposes as though they have received a payment of interest. This will result in a reduction in the corporation tax payable by the Company.

The Company is currently paying and continues to target a 7 per cent annual dividend yield per ordinary share (calculated by reference to the IPO issue price) for the remainder of 2018, excluding the potential impact of C Share conversions.

The default payment for dividends is in US dollars. However, shareholders can elect to have dividends paid in sterling (GBP) and the option to elect a sterling dividend payment for this dividend will be available to shareholders until 31 August 2018 (the "Election Date").
