CORRECTION: FINAL RESULTS OF ISSUE

The Company announces that certain details contained within the "Final Results of Issue" announcement released on 23 March 2017 at 7:02 under RNS No 2921A require amendment following final determination of the relevant figures as follows:

-- The PL Associates hold 106,139,245 Shares accounting for proceeds of US$106,139,245 or c.13.93% of the Gross Issue Proceeds and not 106,209,484 Shares accounting for proceeds of US$106,209,484 or c.13.94% of the Gross Issue Proceeds.

-- Mr. Pablo Legorreta acquired 3,268,808 Shares through the BioPharma III Interest and not 3,325,000 Shares.

-- Mr. Pedro Gonzalez de Cosio acquired 163,441 Shares through the BioPharma III Interest and not 166,250 Shares.

-- Mrs. Almudena Legorreta acquired 653,762 Shares through the BioPharma III Interest and not 665,000 Shares.

-- 26,679,844 Shares were issued to members of the PL Associates on Initial Admission pursuant to the PL Subscription and the BioPharma III Tender Offer and not 26,750,083 Shares.

-- The reference to the potential increase in the PL Associates shareholding following a repurchase by the Company of its own Shares should be to 16.39% and not 16.40%.

All other details remain unchanged. Terms not otherwise defined herein have the meaning given to them in the "Final Results of Issue" announcement released on 23 March 2017 at 7:02 under RNS No 2921A.
