Biome Technologies plc, a leading bioplastics and radio frequency technology business, has been informed that, on 29 October 2020, Rob Smith, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 3,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 165 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Rob Smith has a total beneficial interest in 3,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.08 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
