Shares have been in tight supply since the trading update on 24th July and the director buys shortly after.I'm still holding mine but been very tempted to sell recently but holding out for the results on Monday with an eye on the directors interest in getting the share price to hit atleast 320.I'm all too familiar with the many previous false dawns. Pathetic effort by the directors as if investing circa 5k each is going to have any positive impact on shareholders or share price - no wonder they cannot get the company
off the ground,confirms they are small minded individuals with no conviction.

I doubt it is because they see it as a great investment opportunity otherwise they would have invested more than the change they had in their pockets.I'm inclined to think they were 'encouraged' to show some sign of commitment and did the minimum they could.I still find the current share price false. Why did it double on some hot air from Mines on Sky that, as is always the case, came to nothing?I think they raised it in the hope of causing a stir and pulling new punters in but virtually the whole market is wise to those ploys at BIOM

I've long enough to have seen many false dawns but directors buying always provides confidence. Maybe they're trying to get the share price up to 320 for their share awards?

Is my understanding correct in that the share price has to hit 320p by October 4th for the directors to be awarded the shares under share plan?Any thoughts anyone?

Stanelco RF Technologies Division
Revenues for H1 2017 in the RF Technologies division were up 10% to GBP1.7m (H1 2016: GBP1.6m). Good revenue levels in the period were supported by the build and delivery of several fibre optic furnaces. A solid order book and good enquiry pipeline underpin a very strong outlook for this division for the second half and into 2018.

so £4m market cap, £2m cash and generating profits,strong revenue streams...whats not to like...alot of AIM companies would die for this
