It is being delisted after the dfe.

Barclays' 15.2% is on behalf of private investors you fool NDRANA. Futhermore, if they dont take on the debt, this company will go bust - simple.

Dead dead dead. I was very lucky to get out at a decent price and give myself a pat on the back at having the courage of my convictions in that biofuels are not the answer and Sean is not the CEO for me. Anyone from the tent camp half serious about truly green energy could do far worse than having a look at ITM. Hydrogen really does have the answers IMO.

Not exactly Quentin25. The palm oil plantations are on poor/marginal soils. To keep them growing they need fertiliser which requires more Co2 inputs

Interesting read, the above article.. BUT... It fails to give the flipside of the same argument..

Yes, Palm Oil may well generate the equivalent of 33 tonnes of CO2 emissions in the first harvest, due to the deforestation/use of mineral oil to get the crop planted.

BUT

For the ensuing harvests, this will no longer be the case... The Palm Oil plant will already be in situ, merrily growing in the sunshine, absorbing CO2 from the atmossphere... Longer term it will outweight the effects of it's initial planting.

half a story, is half the truth, and half the truth is half a lie.

It doesn't seem that long ago when we were all saying how cheap the £2.30 rights issue shares were. People who had not held before a certain date were all peeved that they did not qualify. I bought a load at £2.89 to see them briefly continue on up and then suddenly fall. I used to listen to Tag's Trance Trip whilst watching this share rocket from 2-3 quid. Now even Drone Zone is a bit raunchy to accompany trading movement. I haven't held for a while incidently, but then surely only those on moon bases or exploring Atlantis are still hanging on to their penny shares. zZzzzzzzZZZZZzz

What will the delisting mean to holders
Barklays will own 94% of the business
so 6% will be split between exisitng
holders.
That equates to much less than the current price.
