I didn't spot what Angus is up to now within Billam, he's working his way through his 12 months notice isn't he? Must have one large garden to be working on....

Interim results - NAV down yet again. Now just 11.9p as at end June. I wonder if that is the bottom and the starting point for the new board to use as it's base for any future growth. ie they've made it look as bad as it can be.

Eitherway with the shares massively above NAV in % terms, there's a lot of as yet unearned goodwill being given to the new board it seems to me so I'm not buying back in.

Stephen Wicks has now got a 19% steak in this company.

Does he also has a declarable stake in Worthinton plc (WRN)?

Morning. Could anyone give me a quick summary of what's happening here? I assume this is billam ag? What I really want to know is:

Why has their web site been down for ages?
Have they sold some of their holdings? (They don't appear on the list of holders for HML, but I guess they could be buying through a nominee account?)

Failing that, anyone got a phone number for the company or their IR people?

nav fall is i would think quite proportionate to the level of fees and salaries
taken out of the business.

at 600/- a year you need nav to go up by circa 30% just to maintain the status
quo.
i dont know why anyone would want to buy these and more to the point think the regulators should look very closely at companies like these.

Results out today - for the period to 31st December remember whilst the old board were there.

NAV massively down to just 19p.... anyone fancy charting the NAV fall over the last few years...

I wonder how on earth Angus would have justified that if he'd still been around.
