Director/PDMR Shareholding
Bilby Plc, a leading gas heating, electrical and building services provider, was notified on 6 May 2020 that Mr. David Johnson, Non-Executive Director of Bilby, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 6 May 2020 at a price of 18.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mr. Johnson and his persons closely associated are interested in 200,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.34 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
