Is this company struggling. The share price seems to drift endlessly. No info for PI whilst the BOD take huge salaries

I think this will be acquired by a third party over the next 12 months

That 8000 was a buy. I think we will be hearing from the company in the NY also.

due to co. accounts having to be restated.....an area under the control/supervision of the FD....where restatement should not be needed...

(and phps also due to the unplanned drop/cut in divi and change in position wrt debt and resulting financial risk.....areas seen as largely being FD responsibility)

and I guess partly to give the bod a scapegoat and a clean sheet....

Some good points there. This would only be a momentum trade for me as it was last time.

...those that bought in to the share issues with big bucks...like Western Selection...won't be happy...

How the winds change...they were sitting on a doubler after only a few months...now on a loss...

ENTU was phps a useful alert/warning...

Personally I dont like the business model.....even though/if it might work. (Competitive....price sensitive...limiting the margin, & no protection via IP.... imho)

The thing is despite the fall and based on their profits and the sector they are in they don't look cracking value, no point buying small caps if they don't look dirt cheap in the current climate.

Also as it's a recent IPO there is no chart support, could go anywhere, look at something like ENTU or LAKE.

40 - 45p may tempt me.

Needs another acquisition away from the social housing type contracts IMHO. It's all very predictable and almost too safe, all IMHO of course.

Any thoughts on why this is dropping?Tiny free float so anyone who wants out will have disproportional effect on SP?Change of advisor a little odd?Seems to have reacted to fall in sterling but I cant see a link here?

I have these on my watch list. I sold last November in the 120's on the way up. Thought they were ahead of the game then, but they carried on north. I think the share price is now reflecting reality. I will be a buyer, but not just yet.
