Big Technologies plc, the UK-based remote people monitoring technology company, announces that it was notified on 21 April that Daren Morris, Chief Financial Officer, transferred by way of a gift to two of his adult children an aggregate of 60,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company. Following this transfer Mr Morris's beneficial ownership is 350,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.12% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
