Big Technologies plc, the UK-based, remote people monitoring technology company, announces that it was notified on 15th October that Daren Morris, Chief Financial Officer, purchased an aggregate of 108,755 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on the 14(th) and 15(th) October 2021 at an average price of GBP2.96 per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Morris holds 308,755 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.11 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
