Ipsos: new minimum purchase agreement of $300,000

Big Sofa Technologies (AIM:BST), an international video analytics provider to the consumer insight industry, announces a new agreement with two divisions of Ipsos for an annual minimum purchase commitment totalling $300,000.

This initial 12-month minimum purchase commitment will grant the Ipsos companies access to Big Sofa Technologies' proprietary platform and core technical services on a fully integrated basis.

This initial commercial commitment represents a milestone in the growth of the relationship with Ipsos which commenced in 2017 and developed further in 2018 when Ipsos became a significant shareholder in Big Sofa Technologies. It also marks ongoing progress against the strategic goal of closer integration.
