26/7/2017 10:51 | On the subject of revenues. If one takes monthly overheads of about £400,000,then : after 7 months of trading this year, the cash burn to date would be £2.8M. Without substantial income BST would be bust today. Let's assume little or no income this year to date. However if that was the case, alarm bells would having been ringing at least 3 months ago. Those bells would be screaming today. Extra funding would have been required long ago. It's clear a strong revenue stream has / is building today. We don't know first half revenues till the half year results are published. We do know they grew 3 fold from January to June. We were told yesterday cash was not required bar for working capital if a new contract was won. So from that we can deduce. 1/ A pot of cash from the December placing is still in the companies back account. 2/ Ongoing revenues are either just under, level or above the £400,000 a month overhead cost. | pet lover
26/7/2017 10:01 | OK. It will be interesting to see how this plays out in the coming months | pugg1ey
26/7/2017 09:29 | 2vdm - thanks for the info | smart_investor
26/7/2017 09:28 | Pugg1ey - BST have signed three major contracts within the past three-four months with SSI, IPSOS & P&G. Go look at the sizes of those companies. It looks like they are very close to signing more global agreements with further multinational companies. They are gathering marketshare quickly. If you are signing major contracts at the rate in which they are, would you shout out and tell your competitors how well you are doing knowing you are about to sign further contracts? | smart_investor
26/7/2017 09:16 | and if you are wondered why I am interested in a share I don't own, the interest is how SharePro report on this share (which they own) compared to other shares which they don't. | pugg1ey
26/7/2017 09:16 | thanks hamid great to have somebody in attendance that appears unbiased. | hazl
26/7/2017 09:12 | If revenues are close to expenses, why aren't they stating this in a RNS with the numbers? Surely they would be shouting it from the rooftops? | pugg1ey
26/7/2017 09:09 | I think they will win a large contract and will do a oversubscribed placing at a market price or maybe at a premium no worries | hamidahamida
26/7/2017 09:05 | BST AGM Report.1/ Started on time at 9.30AM : BST UK Head office London.2/ Nomad (Spark)3/ Most of the board, if not all in Attendance4/ Two shareholders, myself and one other.5/ Formal Business, took around ten minutes, all passed with a show of hands.I then asked a few questions1/ How have things gone in the last 7 months ?Simon explained that leads had been converted to agreements over the last 6 months.Very pleased with progress.Staff numbers now 38.2/ Does the company require cash.? The board had already told us that overheads were in the region of £4.5M - £5M a year. I pointed out that they should be bust now then, ( Cash at 01/01/17 was £2.5M)The FD said cash was not required, with The proviso, that if a large contract was won, working capital would be required. When I stated they should be bust now, I picked up on a number of heads shaking from left to right , right to left.Make what you like of the above, my personal conclusion is revenues must be close to expenses today.3/ The big companies pay on day 45.4/ The impression I got was these agreements will last for several years.5/ They gave out some numbers of the amount the contracted companies spend on research and said BST only needs a tiny bit of pie, to do extremely well.6/ Broker is penned in to be appointed in September, I think, after half year results. No clues as to broker name.To sum up:My view on this company is unchanged after meeting the board for the first time. They clearly have a game plan that they intend to win. The potential is absolutely massive. The directors firmly have their sights on BST becoming a very large growth company.Today's market capitalisation does not reflect this. | hamidahamida

26/7/2017 08:41 | 2VDM That sounds promising for a bit of visibility again. Been busy will different shares elsewhere but still firmly interested here. Good luck folks. | hazl
26/7/2017 08:37 | It's a paid for service on ADVFN so I'd probably get my knuckles rapped if I did, but they have a buy big up to 25p with a conservative 50p sell. I've topped up another 5k today at 23.75p but dyor. It's one of my riskier stocks which I keep an eye on, but BST have got very good contracts so far and if they continue to add, and from their track record so far why shouldn't they, I can see them doing very well over the next 2 years. Just my view and hope this helps. | 2vdm

26/7/2017 08:16 | Another positive write up on Hot Stock Rockets with a strong buy up to 25p | 2vdm
25/7/2017 18:07 | Well, after closing at 23.75p yesterday, the BST share price had fallen to 22.375p at 9.30a.m. today, when the AGM was due to start. However, it then closed back up at 23.25p. This may indicate that the feedback at the AGM was positive. And such an intra-day reversal back up is a bullish sign in technical analysis. The pre-opening AGM statement may have been misunderstood by some in this part: "We also continue to develop opportunities with additional significant customers and are confident that one or two of these will start to deliver revenue in the second half." That is referring to significant new clients who haven't yet been announced. The major new clients already signed up this year are of course already delivering revenues. | hedgehog 100
25/7/2017 15:15 | Think at the same time this is still new tech.. we have to give it time I'm 100% holding and thinking about buying more this will be big.Big boys don't attach their names to any company for nothing | 1andonly
25/7/2017 13:40 | Pet Lover - It seems ages since you stopped telling us to buy and as the buying has stopped everyone seems to be selling. Obviously you have a lot of influence. Did you sell all your holding at the top, because I didn't and almost all my profit's disappeared. Do you recommend selling at this stage or holding on? | kenbachelor
25/7/2017 11:04 | Perhaps a report from someone who attended the AGM at the company offices might make its way here too. | gheebee
25/7/2017 10:48 | I look forward to the share price article slating this company for not releasing any guide to the actual numbers(and instead just giving out a load of jam tomorrow froth), like it does with many other AIM listed companies. | pugg1ey
25/7/2017 10:39 | Bide your time........ | kemche
25/7/2017 10:37 | just because share price comes off doesn't mean there's a fund raise coming. | 2bozmo
