I’ve downloaded Soccer Manager 2019 on iOS. A few comments.

Much more accessible than Football Manager. I was able to click though, the team was auto selected and I was playing my first game in about a minute.

As with Football Manager the football games run quickly until there is a highlight and then this is shown in the 3D match engine. The camera angle and zoom in the 3D match engine means that advertising boards are visible at almost all times during the highlights (more so than in Football Manager). That means more impression opportunities.

Also, during the time between highlights a zoomed out view of the pitch is shown with the play continuing at very high speed. All of the advertising boards can also be seen (although very small). This is unlike the default in Football Manager where no boards can be seen.

Currently the advertising boards all show an advert for Football Clash (another game made by Soccer Manager Ltd).

The game is already heavily reliant on advertising but I didn’t see any negative comments about this in the reviews. With free games I think people are happy to accept adverts as the price of playing.

Before each football game there is a video ad (that can be skipped fairly quickly) and there is a video reward ad after each game.

There is also an in-app purchase system to boost your team by spending money.

I hope this is the first of many free to play mobile games that BIDS signs contacts with. Let’s hope they can sign one with a much larger user base (100 million plus). Then the impression numbers get very interesting!

Biggest contract to date with a much larger one to come, this could be much bigger then say ITV in mcap terms and fast.

Perhaps they wrote the RNS for nomad assuming it had been approved, issued and market notified with price rise.

Say nomad forgot and their mates are piling in.

Just saying

You'd think the company would want to make some noise about business and contracts picking up. Okay, they posted it on twitter, but if you're a disruptive tech company wanting to gain/keep market share then you need to make yourself known and heard. Don't get me wrong, I'm very bullish on BIDS and I can see this going very very far, however I'm a little disappointed we didn't get an intraday RNS today. They can make amends tomorrow morning. It's one thing being circumspect about your newsflow, but really this is an industry where making noises gets noticed.

The Codemasters contract was announced by RNS and then a tweet was posted with a link to the RNS:hTTps://twitter.com/bidstack/status/1070595564188897281?s=21From the AIM rulebook, news should be released by RNS if it would be likely to lead to a significant movement in the price. If there is any doubt companies should give the news to the nomad to decide. If the nomad decides it doesn't need to be released then I like to see companies release as an RNS Reach.Let's see if we get an announcement tomorrow.

Think the public relations aspect of the company is a bit Mikey Mouse. Not only was there no RNS issued, it wasn't even on their own company website.

Great news about Soccer Manager.

Great to see a deal with a free to play mobile game with a large audience. This is where I see BIDS really driving large impression numbers.

Bidstack gaining traction with another major Games Publisher and increasing the amount of available Ad inventory. Exponential growth potential - massive rerating surely as this could/ should be a £50m market cap company imo.

Nice. That's android and iOS as well as PC. Can only see this snowballing into something very big. All the hallmarks of EVRH-style growth in the value of the stock

Soccer Manager has had 10 million downloads alone! That’s going to be one heck of a lot of impressions.

Hi all, I'm new here... certainly looks like there's lots of potential, in a rapidly expanding sub-industry.

Just a doubt... Market cap is now £15m-ish, on annual revenue of £300k for 2018.

Anyone concerned by that?

Any indicative revenue expectations for 2019?
