Found it the consolidation is 1 BIDSTACK share for every 5000 KIN share previously held.

That will surely be amended overnight because every investor's holding should equate in monetary terms as the same as it was under KIN. Less shares but worth the same at the opening price today of 6p

Disruptive kickstart for in-game advertising

Bidstack’s technology enables video game publishers to generate significant, incremental revenues from their existing and future titles. Its bespoke software delivers adverts in real time to hoardings, billboards and other suitable spaces located within the virtual, computer game environment. It secures exclusive access to in-game advertising inventory and sells that space to global advertising agencies and directly to major brands. All revenues generated are shared with games publishers and owners.

The group listed on 19 September via a reverse takeover by AIM-listed shell Kin Group plc. An over-subscribed placing raised £3.5m (gross) at 6p per share to provide working capital and finance planned investment. Existing shareholders in Bidstack Limited have sold £0.77m of existing shares via a vendor placing.

Key investment points
First mover advantage - management believes Bidstack is currently the only provider of programmatically sourced advertising with the technology to insert it into video games dynamically, in real time. The technology is disruptive and enables games publishers to derive revenue from advertising which they would otherwise be unable to access.
Massive market - an estimated 2.3bn people worldwide play computer games on various platforms. Many of these games are well suited to the kind of native in-game advertising Bidstack can deliver. The global video games industry is forecast to be the largest creative industry in 2018, generating higher sales than film, video-on-demand and music combined.

Significant barriers to entry - competitive advantages are underpinned by exclusive contracts with games publishers which will limit access to potential competitors.
Easy to integrate - the software is simple to install. It generally takes between a few hours and a few days at no cost - other than manpower - to the publisher.
Substantial revenue potential – our forecasts use conservative assumptions for games numbers, advertising rates, fill rates and adoption. That reflects the sensitivities inherent in the rollout of a new concept, but successful implementation will prove its value over the next 18 months.

Description
Bidstack Group is an advertising technology company, engaged in the sourcing and integration of native in- game advertising targeted at computer games. Its proprietary technology is capable of inserting adverts into video games in real time and targeting them at specific demographics based on a specific brand’s desired audiences.

Investment Research just published on bidstack shows just how profitable and attractive the business model is generating forecast Pre-tax profits of £5.2m on revenues of £20.3m in 2020 which would justify a share price of 50p+ and market cap of c£100m+. Strong Buy.

I've met the company and participated in the placing. It's/they are very impressive. Don't dismiss something based on such an emotive view that just because people are shouting about it it must be bad? That's a very odd investment strategy!

The MMs have absorbed a number of 6 figure sells in early trading and yet remain happy to bid for up to 250k.

We could well see the share price strengthen as the day progresses.

This is a long long way from breakeven and the share price contains a lot of hope value for a company with virtually no revenue
