Still very cheap, m/cap £7m, about 2m cash, so for £5m you get Mankayan with NPV $730-850m plus Eureka in Argentina which is undervalued as analysts haven't updated since the grade increase.

Toooooo cheap!http://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/73998/bezant-resources-copper-gold-project-set-cost-us307mln-less-than-first-forecast-73998.htmlBezant Resources copper-gold project set cost US$307mln less than first forecastBy Ian Lyall November 05 2014, 7:37am Located 240km north of Manila, the deposit is host to a JORC-compliant probable ore reserve of 189mln tonnes grading 0.46% copper and 0.49 grams per tonne of gold.Located 240km north of Manila, the deposit is host to a JORC-compliant probable ore reserve of 189mln tonnes grading 0.46% copper and 0.49 grams per tonne of gold. The cost of developing Bezant Resources' (LON:BZT) Mankayan copper/gold project in the Philippines could be significantly cheaper than first thought. This is the main finding of a supplementary technical and financial review of a 2011 scoping study.Carried out by Mining Plus, it builds on the work of consultants GHD published in September.Specifically, the latest report remodelled and investigated the original mine design, mine schedule, cave footprint and cost estimations. The headline figure is a U$307mln potential cost reduction. And while the investment need for the proposed 20mln tonne a year block caving operation is still put at around US$1bn over its 28-year lifetime, the economics of Mankayan look sound. They point to post-tax cash flow of US$3.7bn, a net present value of US$739mln (at an 8% discount rate) and an internal rate of return of 21%.The figures were calculated using US$1,250 an ounce gold and a copper price of US$3 a pound. The cost of production is put at US$17.31 per tonne.Bezant chief executive Bernard Olivier said the revised cost estimates and updated financial model will "facilitate" sale and joint-venture discussions. "The independent review reports have identified significant cost savings and improved economics for what was already a highly robust copper-gold project," he added.Located 240km north of Manila, the deposit is host to a JORC-compliant probable ore reserve of 189mln tonnes grading 0.46% copper and 0.49 grams per tonne of gold.

- At current metals prices (US$3.00 per pound of copper and US$1,250 per ounce of gold) and a production rate of 20Mtpa, the project returns an estimated:

o post-tax NPV of approximately US$739 million at an 8% discount rate

o total post-tax net cashflow of approximately US$3.7 billion

o post-tax IRR of 21%

Should get results in next couple of weeks, possibly further news of cost savings and we'll certainly know how the cash is looking.

ST articled them again today saying he still thinks a sale is a likely outcome at nearer 20p than 4p.

Bw2, it may well have been overvalued at some point, it's normal in all businesses circumstances change. But right now, with the market cap minus cash indicating ~2.4m for both Philippine and Argentina resources, it has to be undervalued.

Vice President Binay yesterday called for further thinking on the mining tax, saying it wasn't sensible to make the country uncompetitive. Tide starting to turn?

The Philippines mining debate goes on with Senator Poe demanding more transparency and social responsibilty from mining companies but, interestingly, not the higher tax rate which she says would make them uncompetitive internationally.

Even with the Philippines tax issue and Kirchner, the current market cap of ~4.7m minus cash ~2.3m means Mankayan and Eureka resources are being ascribed a value of about 2.4m :)

Based on various T.A I still think the decline will continue. All major moving averages are declining ( no surprises there) due to the fact price has been in decline since 2011.

Price is now below a previous support of 6.5p which now acts as resistance. Based on the bottom of a reverse trading channel and price appears to be dropping to the next line of support which I have at 4.5 I am targeting this price with a time target of the end of November. This is when the trading channel and support line meet.
