Payment of Cash Dividend

Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited ("BPL", "Beximco Pharma" or "Company"; AIM Symbol: BXP), the fast-growing manufacturer of generic pharmaceutical products and active pharmaceutical ingredients, today announces that the 12.5% cash dividend of the nominal value per ordinary share/GDR (Taka 1.25 per ordinary share/GDR) for the year ended 30 June 2017, which was approved in the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 23 December 2017, has been deposited with the custodian bank in Dhaka for onward credit to respective GDR holders' accounts.
