TAKA to POUND rate is obligingly easy at 100 to 1 currently so the share price on the Dhaka exchange is 82 -pence or TAKA, still a big premium to ours.Plenty to go.

price for bxp on Dhaka stock exchange is 190p. Simon Cawkwell was always going on about this discrepency.

Found this:Beximco Pharmaceuticals posts operating profits of Taka863,579,000 for the first quarter to the end of September -up from Taka716,280,000 a year ago.Net sales revenues rose to Taka3,765,598,000 from Taka3,385,704,000

Last one was from the nominal value, which is odd:Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited ("BPL", "Beximco Pharma" or "Company"; AIM Symbol: BXP), the fast-growing manufacturer of generic pharmaceutical products and active pharmaceutical ingredients, today announces that the cash dividend of 10% of the nominal value per ordinary share/GDR (Taka 1 per ordinary share/GDR) for the year 2015, which was decided in the Board meeting held on 20(th) April, 2016, has been deposited with the custodian bank in Dhaka for onward credit to respective GDR holders' accounts.

From the historic releases, it gets paid into some sort of escrow and account, and then into our accounts after that?

Looks like buyers now will still be entitled to the dividend...

"The Record Date of the Company for entitlement of 5% Final Cash dividend shall be November 1, 2016. The Shareholders whose names will appear in the Share Register of the Company or in the Depository Register on the record date i.e. November 1, 2016 will be entitled to receive the 5% final cash dividend."

This stock starting to get some value - reflecting the the progress of this successful company. Bangladesh is an improving country in apart of the world where costs are still low and there is real economic growth. Difficult to give a price target because this is a growth company and it may have much further to go over time.
