Changes of Chairs - Everest and SPOT

The Board of Better Capital PCC Limited has been advised by the General Partner of BECAP12 Fund LP of the appointment of new Chairs to the parent companies of Everest Limited and The Spicers-OfficeTeam Group Limited ("SPOT").

William McGrath has been appointed Chair of Everest Holdings, the home improvement company, owned by private equity firm Better Capital. William brings wide experience in brands, manufacturing and finance. He was CEO of the UK quoted business Aga Rangemaster for 14 years, prior to its successful sale 2 years ago.

Octavia Morley has been appointed Chair of SPOT, the business stationery business. Octavia brings particular skills in growing online sales and was latterly the CEO of OKA Direct and the MD of Crew Clothing.
