How can this company have a MCap of LESS THAN projected average annual Pre Tax profit....?

Especially with guaranteed sales pouched already...?

Just doubled my holding again...

"During the half year, the Company signed a binding off-take agreement with Interalloys Trading Limited for the sale of the first uranium production from the Salamanca mine.

The parties converted the previously announced Letter of Intent into a binding agreement that included a doubling of annual contracted volumes to a total of two million pounds over a five-year period. Potential exists to increase annual volumes further as well as extend the contract to a total of three million pounds.

A combination of fixed and market related pricing will apply in order to secure positive margins in the early years of production whilst ensuring the Company retains the ability to achieve potentially higher prices in the future.

An average fixed price of US$43.78 per pound of contracted and optional volumes was agreed between the parties. This compares with a prevailing spot price, of approximately US$18 per pound at that time."

Thank you GoodGrief for that clip.... I am not deaf but why was the interview conducted in whispers ? I got a portion of the gist yet would much appreciate anyone outlining what the guy was saying = in clear plain words. Thanks in anticipation.

Yawnnnn - PJ is right. And believe me, I have a lot of these. I am getting fed up of the same words being rolled out time and time again whilst the share price collspses. He never mentions this in his interviews. It is just the same thing over and over again. He looks haggard to me. He has been talking about offtake agreements for months. Get on with it ffs.

hmmmmm
He has clearly said at Sharsoc that concrete was being poured.(months ago) Now it seems its ''as soon as those guys are on site we'll pour concrete''

Maybe not a major problem.........but explains why my visit hasn't happened, nor are communications coming back.

So another off take agreement within weeks and a strategic partner within months.

Wish that ProactiveInvestors would get a proper haircut... looks like the only child of a car salesman and a porn star.

I take your point Bookworm. However, the Uranium market has been in the same position for a while. BKY's position strengthened despite this on the back of a number of positive iyems of newsflow. Although everything on the surface appears to be going to plan, those share rises have dissipated.

Essentially, BKY's share price currently reflects the dire state of the entire uranium market, which is in a state of supply side destruction (e.g. major producer Paladin are all but bust). There is nothing wrong with BKY itself. If you believe (as I do) the uranium commodity cycle will turn (and there are powerful and persuasive arguments that it eventually must) then BKY is currently very cheap. What I don't know is exactly when the uranium cycle will begin to turn - tomorrow, in 3 months time, or in a year or two, they're all possible. IMO, that's the biggest risk we're all taking by investing in BKY, which in itself is an excellent, well-run company with a big and cheap-to-extract resource (Zona 7).

I got a great deal of confidence flowing from that interview and liked the word advanced when refering to finance.

Thanks fatboy...thought it looked rather wierd..I wouldn't go near the stuff myself.

No problem herlat. I got a great deal of confidence flowing from that interview and liked the word advanced when refering to finance. Clearly we still have a way to go but I am feeling now that just patience is needed but that it will be rewarded. I do feel there is some pressure on the share price at the moment as you can buy at 45.18 just over the bid but once the finance puts a floor on the project (hopefuly in the next few months per the MD) then we will build the share price from there through to production. In the meantime I would not be surprised to see this taken out at a very good premium to this share price

That was me. Visited mine with my wife on 4th April this year. Made a detour via Salamanca on trip back to Santander in our Motorhome.
They probably aren't really geared up to site visits yet and I'm sure it will be more informative once they start to assemble the plant etc particularly during 2018.
But all the same, we were very encouraged by what we learnt & along with a few fellow investors we will be increasing our stake over coming months & then holding for full production etc.
For me this stock ticks all the boxes in my investment criteria.

Many thanks Marvelman. Watched the video and it appears to confirm Fatboy's comment that the crusher is in Madrid. Also it does sound encouraging on the financing front. I seem to recall another poster who visited site recently - who was holidaying in Spain? Perhaps like Fatboy they are visitors going there under their own steam rather than as part of an official site visit?Has anyone asked the Company? Wouldnt mind a free trip to Spain if there was one being offered though!
