Since there is clearly an unscrupulous politically-motivated scare campaign going on here, I think it is worthwhile to repost the original RNS granting EMH a mining licence for Retortillo:

Thanks, Langostino, I read it in the original. (I once translated Lope de Vega's Peribanez, so my Spanish is OK). You're still lying, and given that this is an attempt to manipulate a share price with false information, I've reported you to ADFVN. Hopefully, they'll cancel your account.

'In this regard, the CSN issued a report on November 18, 2016, which revealed that due to the "complexity" of the documentation provided in support of the request and considering the experience and internal procedures of that body, Term "shall not exceed two years".

Google translated from yesterday's EuropaPress report as a special favour for bookwormrobert, who should be looking elsewhere for fake news.

Langostino - that is a out-and-out lie, as the company has already pointed out. CSN is due to report on May 11, 2017, and work is permitted on the ground to continue until then. Stop peddling fake news in a pathetic attempt to depress the share price, otherwise I'll report you to ADFVN.

CSN stated in November 2016 that 'due to the complexity' of the submitted documents the period for review should be not greater than two years. As it has now been established that no further works can be undertaken on the ground, pending the outcome of that review, it is difficult to see how share price momentum can be maintained with the project effectively stalled for a considerable period.

Hi Chris! I hope you're right, because I've got my next buying point set at 45.5p. One day we'll look back and be amazed that we bought shares in such a company at such a stage in its development at these prices!

The 'sizzle" appears to all be with the Podemos disruption at the mo. If the gov't is serious about making things happen, Podemos will be just noise, a vinegar fly in a glass of Chablis. Trouble is, peeps get influenced by noise. Upside is that the buying opportunity gets better as the price falls, if you're prepared to take the risk.

Chart wise, share price is going down thru' the 200DMA intraday (was sitting on it yesterday) & is also on support of that mild uptrend since july '16.
I hold just a few (3000 bought @ 69p) & won't commit to any more until the chart turns, which it could anytime to rise quickly. The opportunity to average down looks better & better.

Remember, tho', that the market can stay illogical longer than you can stay solvent!

We found some support 30 minutes ago, but wait and see!Hi bookworm,Thanks for those two excellent links, great reading especially Malcolm and Rick Rule. Maybe in June/July Sprott will choose BKY as one of it's five picks - maybe not. Rule's words about not being afraid to be early and having a three year horizon are haunting me as I look at the BKY chart....... The recent juniors sell-off referred to by RR is obviously mirrored by what we see at BKY; I had related it to the funding uncertainty and DD by would-be partner(s).Cheers, tightfist

Well, this Dog is sure confirming my strategy to scale into opening positions, rather than taking a full position initially.

More inclined to bail out now than add.

Bookwormrobert:

The Seeking Alpha article is interesting but Malcolm 2001's comments below the article are exceptional for far greater depth and understanding on where the Uranium market is today. He has 50 years experience and writes well.

I do not own BKY despite monitering it for years but I do own it via GCL, another vehicle for participating in this market. I missed the boat in the low teens.

Langostino, I read the two Europa Press reports. I don't see anything more than normal bureaucratic procedures at work and really nothing to worry about. It's ironic, of course, that a Podemos/Communist deputy is agitating for a lot of people to lose their jobs; especially as every day he happily uses electricity generated by one of Spain's seven nuclear reactors. But that's life when you're a virtue signaller; you're always right, especially when you're most wrong.

Two reports from Europa Press. One covering the parliamentary answer and the other the company response:

Seems to be a lot of itty bitty selling. Some people just don't know a good thing when they see it though Blackrock may have taken a good turn. Looks a very good entry point now.

LangoOnce again your green friends have failed to highlight the complete rejection of these nonsense claims by the greens against BKY and circa 1,200 other Companies in Spain. These claims are little to do with the Companies named and a lot more to do with Podemos et al trying (like Jeremy Corbyn) to achieve some relevance by making lots of noise as their chances of ever gaining power diminish by the day. My understanding is that the government has come out at every step of the way and given the mine very clear statements of approval. Most recent example if the total rejection was last night on TV the "Expresión of support from the Ministry of Environment, Regional Government on the Salamanca TV news"The government is very obviously backing this project despite the noise from the greens.

langostino,

Re: 1434 of 1436 - my reading goes like this:

The president of Congress has had to insist in writing to the Government that the Environment Ministry has not replied to not one of a dozen of awkward questions ...
...
The complaint originated from the deputy of Equo, Juantxo López de Uralde, and has obliged Pastor {Ana Pastor (PP)} to send a letter to ...
...
López de Uralde has asked , for example, if Environment will give a definite permission to Berkeley for a treatment plant ....
...
Other initiatives over which Garcia Tejerina must pronounce ...
- the subterranean gas deposit by Gas Natural
- damaged submarine cables between Spain and Morocco

Thank you for your research

htxxp://www.eldiario.es/sociedad/presidenta-Congreso-Gobierno-Medio-Ambiente_0_625737807.html

The president of Congress has written to the Deputy Prime Minister complaining that the Environment Ministry is not replying to 'uncomfortable' questions raised in parliament by an Equo/Podemos deputy within the prescribed two month period. One of the questions is whether the ministry plans to issue a permit for a treatment plant at the Berkeley facility.

No doubt Piedro will point out if my summary is slanted.
