Thanks but I am fine. Just back home after a long NHS ambulance shift seeing what real health problems are. I have not had a days sick for two years. But appreciate your thoughts.

How about thinking instead about just why BEN have paid WHIreland to release broker valuation that is so utterly ridiculous.

The broker note has appeared on Roast twitter. It is funny.

Revenue for y/e 31/3/23 is forecast as $48m with a gross profit of $18m
As we know that the revenue for the six months to 30/9/22 was $17m and the gross profit was $1m, we can deduce that they forecast…
Revenue for the second half of $31m with a gross profit of $17m.

So, H2 revenues will nearly double and gross profit rise to 55% from 5% in H1. When they are still only using one HWMer.

Certainly a placing coming up. The figures are laughable. It is straight out of the EUA playbook. Zak Mir, Sunday Roast, devious RNSs, paid for pumping broker note.

Seagreen. Everybody here knows how completely wrong you got every calculation to the point of doubling output for the six months to 30/9/22 and posting that you would put your hands up if you got it wrong.

Do you want me to post it here again? I think you do.

The BEN share price is currently contained within widely spaced Bollinger Bands. The lower BB is circa 20p, whilst the upper is priced around 30p.

So...having averaged only 17k clean tons for the six months to 30/9/22 using one HWMer with two shifts for most of that period, you are suggesting that they have mined 43,736 clean tons between 26/10 and 30/11/22 despite only adding a second shift on 7/11/22.

Liar

Why is my post 8306 "deeply devious"?

The Production Update RNS of 2/12/22 reads: Bens Creek Group plc (AIM:BEN), the owner of a metallurgical coal mine in North America supplying the steel industry, is pleased to announce that from 26 October 2022 to the end of November 2022, the Company has produced a total of 43,736 clean tonnes. This production came from the newly permitted seam.

The Mining Update RNS of 7/11/22 reads: The Company was able to produce 2,500 tons of run of mine coal in a single day with a higher clean coal recovery of 62%.

It is the small differences that matter. A mining update is run of mine tons. A production update is turning the stockpile into clean tons.

Then 20/12/22 RNS stated:
Interim Results Highlights
· The Group produced 99,928 tons of clean metallurgical coal in the period.

The 7/11/22 RNS stated: As of 7 November 2022, the Company has introduced a second shift on its first highwall miner which will allow the Company to double daily production.

So...having averaged only 17k clean tons for the six months to 30/9/22 using one HWMer with two shifts for most of that period, you are suggesting that they have mined 43,736 clean tons between 26/10 and 30/11/22 despite only adding a second shift on 7/11/22.

My view is not devious. It is the RNS that is deeply devious. It suggests that they are fully up to speed and have over doubled their monthly output despite halving their shifts for half the period. It is quite impossible.

Adam writes very clever RNSs that are, as Churchill said, like a bikini. What they show is suggestive but what they hide is vital.

You are clearly trying to supress the improving profitability and production levels with FUD

But proper ACA's as opposed to imposters can see production going up over the six months and the six month gross profitability is supressed by the first 3 months low production figures (as per your estimates).

The last 3 months production must be circa 99 - 3x10 = 69k = on a simple average basis = 23K month

I suspect Sept may have even hit 30K

Nice try fraudster...so you can slag off the recent production numbers

Time to raise the white flag and jog on to your next scam

Patt you foul mouthed yob you can not have it both ways

The total production is per the accounts

But your monthly estimates are all over the place

Stop being a simple simon and using simple averages you might then have to admitt the monthly production and gross profitability is improving particularly in the last 3 months as the Chairman clearly implies in his interim accounts statement:

"The interim financial statements which follow reflect the group's gradual transition from a start-up situation to becoming, in due course, a fully operational metallurgical coal producer. The group generated $17.4 million in revenue during the period, of which the majority was generated in the second three months."

From those words you know a couple of things.
1) the output figures for the month to 10/4/22 will not be larger than previous months so maybe 9,000 tonnes."

My guess is that the average output with the HWM is 2k tons a week."

Penstocks.

I said that only 17k clean tons was being mined each month, not sold. Snd I was spot on as the interims stated 99k clean tons mined in the six months to 30/9/22. So spot on.

The first paragraph reads:
Bens Creek Group plc (AIM:BEN), the owner of a metallurgical coal mine in North America supplying the steel industry, announces that, further to the Company's announcement on 22 December 2022, it has signed an amendment to its agreement with its highwall mining contractor Mega Highwall Mining LLC ("MHW") to confirm the provision and delivery of a second highwall miner, unit 77, by the end of this month.

The 22/12/22 RNS stated:
The Company continues to have access to two highwall miners through its highwall mining contractor, Mega Highwall Mining LLC ("MHW"). The first highwall miner is presently being deployed on the Bens Creek site at the new permitted area and the second highwall miner is expected to be in place on-site in January 2023.

Therefore, the amendment is that they now have an option to ask for a third HWMer if one becomes available. The rest of the agreement remains unchanged. All that has happened is that the agreement where Megahighwall were supposed to provide and deliver a seond Highwall Miner by the end of January 2023 has been modified to add the option for the third HWMer. Not that Megahighwall will actually provide and deliver the second HWMer.

It is written specifically to allow rampers and other agents to claim the second HWMer is about to arrive. Which makes me more sure than ever that a placing is underway. But as always, it could be that Adam is being straight with you and telling you the truth just before it is going to happen. That, I find, is quite funny.

If the second HWMer is coming then why not simply RNS it’s arrival date. This RNS is only about an amendment. It seems very odd. It only says that the second RNS is “expected̶1; to arrive by the end of the month which is no change from the 22/12/22 RNS.

It is the small details that count. Why conflate an agreed delivery date with an amendment and use exactly the same wording as the last 22/12/22 RNS unless the intention is to confuse?

The RNS itself starts by referring to the 22/12/22 RNS that states that the second HWMer is expected by the end of this month. It does not say it is actually arriving. This is actually a genius, twisted, devious RNS designed to make investors think the HWMer is arriving very soon and buy lots. Because there is a placing to sell. Read the first paragraph very very carefully.

Note that Adam simply says he is looking forward to its arrival. Not when it will arrive.

But we will see.
