02/11/2022 09:50 | Patt actually there will be some reduction in October depending on the date the HWM was moved and relocated to the new property So defo 40K clean coal = 80K ROM in Sept and I shall be ruthless and say we lost half a month moving the HWM to its new site. So say 20K clean coal = 40K ROM for October. (Plus coal from up and running underground mine) So will reduce to 120K ROM tons to be conservative. Stock pile = 184 as at 30/08/2022 as per the RNS ( "184k raw tons of coal have been stockpiled") 120 as now running at 40K/month when down time so as above 80+40 304K (88)l ess 4 trains 216K ROM in stock = 108K of clean equivalent to train out or 10 more trains | seagreen
02/11/2022 09:02 | Seagreen. More FACTS eh? 160k tons in Sept and Oct? Please point me to the RNS stating this FACT please? Or are you just making it up? | purchaseatthetop
02/11/2022 08:20 | The Underground mine is up and running well now .... We have both Another 4 trains Sep and Oct fulfilled from the stock pile and another 160 k of Rom stock piled during Sep and Oct Met coal price going upToot toot I would be happy if they used pick axes Must have a huge stock pile now The market needs to wake up Perhaps Adam can crack on and get the interim accounts out as a Christmas pressie to kick the naughty little derampers into touch | seagreen
02/11/2022 06:12 | Met B prices up another $5 a ton. If only Adam had actually developed a proper underground coal mine like the Admission Document said he would. Investors would be quids in. | purchaseatthetop
01/11/2022 19:01 | We will see with the Interims. Seagreen/humble pie interface. | purchaseatthetop
01/11/2022 18:53 | Patt/Ohojim To be fair I have no real interest in the telegram group as it is a bubble of fairy liquid of self believers with no doubters I guess? I am old enough and ugly enough to watch a chart which is why I traded in and out of it but kepy my core cheap stock. So if the comment about the Iqubal family on the telegram thread is not genuine I am happy to withdraw it. But my other points stand until proven otherwise as I trust the source tha said MrIqubal was active in the market and was personally well off. But the key is they have not sold any shares so everything else you say is hot air news unless they divest some shares. I am boringly old school I post what I believe to be true and can reasonably substantiate. If I am wrong I hold my hand up and eat humble pie and move on. Besides you have both been exceedingly naughty with your made up scare stories and are both on the naughty step until I see a bit of honesty. LOL | seagreen
01/11/2022 17:12 | Nah that must've been ohojiim he meant, he's a wrong 'un fer sure. Fact! | ohojim
01/11/2022 17:06 | Somebody on a telegram board who I do not know but I have been told is honest told somebody that a family member who cannot be traced once mentioned that ohojim, or was it, ohotim, had once told a lie to another ex board poster. FACT! Seagreen. Get ready to eat the most enormous piece of humble pie because you are so clearly wrong that anybody with any sense can see it. Cannot wait. Just a suggestion. Try writing posts if no more than two paragraphs. People might start thinking you are not substituting value with volume. | purchaseatthetop
01/11/2022 15:39 | Patt I enjoy the chalenge I have spent far too much time checking and double checking the above post and trying to remove as much emotional fluff as possible by sticking to the facts but it is still far too long!. I believe I am correct as I have put my neck on the line your figures never made sense to me, All the same I have spent nearly a day checking and rechecking so I will take a break. To date no one has produced logic to prove definitively that my logic is significantly wrong with our debates or as some say far too long and boring. I will try and seek independent confirmation I am right but frankly no one really cares what people post so I do ot hold out much help so we might just have to wait for the next RNS All I care about is the truth is stuck to frankly and only provable facts are posted. I dare you why not read the post in its entirity and see if you do not concur with the majority of the contents as the police always say better for you to cooperate early as anything you say or post can be used as evidence in the future. . | seagreen
01/11/2022 12:56 | ...this leads me to question your research and any other claimed "Facts". | ohojim
01/11/2022 12:55 | seagreen As I said, and as you have confirmed. If a friend of a friend knows someone in a Telegram group who said "what a happy family Mr Iqubal has", then that can not be a "FACT"! | ohojim
01/11/2022 12:25 | All that said it's still a buy from me and picked two tranches this morning. GL ALL | sirmark
01/11/2022 11:49 | I struggle to misinterpret the words… Between April and August 2022 : 184k tons of raw coal has been stockpiled. According to Seagreen this is their stock at 31/8/22 and that they have produced 124k tons clean coal in the three months June to August 2022. More than 40k per month How come then in the 30/8/22 RNS do they say “target production of 80k cleans tons (160k raw coal) in last quarter of 2022.That is only 26.6k tons a month. Are their rising targets to reduce output? Seagreen hasn’t got a clue. | purchaseatthetop
01/11/2022 11:46 | Just giving a "heads up" really seagreen, as I am expecting a raft of lawsuits to hit various extractive industries, not just specific to BEN. Only needs a few more class action law suits in the coal mining areas to get the ball rolling. It has already started. So BEN needs to be seen to be aware and actually taking mitigating measures, before the Selenium zombies get together and find a good lawyer. | ohojim
01/11/2022 11:22 | Ohojim Thank you for this information Very interesting post but none of us are experts in this field or have specific knowledge. So any response I make is without such specific knowledge or understanding of this law and is purely made on a "best common sense logical thought process/assumpions": The hills of West Virginia are a huge pile of untreated ROM coal (Raw coal) and exposd seams. ROM coal is a natural organic product that has formed and situated in the hills over many decades in the surrounfing area Extracted ROM coal by definition is the same untreated natural organic substance that has been extracted but prior to any chemical treatment used in the washing process that could potentially cause chemical polution to the water. It is the wash plant that definitely will have to be regularly inspected and approved to ensure potential chemical or waste run off does not enter the water supply. It is the chemicals used in the washing process and the fuel used or any other potential toxic material that will have to be stored in a controlled environment to protect potential spillages causing polution. It is the pile of treated and washed coal that will have to be stock piled in a controlled environment. Hence the current restriction (50K tons from memory equal to circa 4/5 trains) on the washed coal "pen/storage facility". This will have been constructed and approved under strict polution controls to prevent residue chemicals potentially running off the washed coal into the water supply and causing polution. In the absence of any clear defining law I can not see any logical reason why an untreated organic matter that occurs throughout the county could not be stock piled on their land in a safe manner prior to chemical washing. Unless you know otherwise but it would be totally impractical as production increases or as it occurs on larger producing mines. Useful information is readily available on Spoil tips which are sometimes wrongly called Slag heaps versus genuine Slag heaps is available on line and the potential correct ESG procedures used. | seagreen
01/11/2022 11:12 | Giving your hard earned money to guy like Wilson who has dodge pastAsk holders of Atalanta coal He is selling the same old story using BEN | hamidahamida
01/11/2022 10:27 | 40944 my little top up ...feel this has bottomed out and ready for a strong rally back | sirmark
01/11/2022 10:23 | seagreen You can't just make a pile of coal anywhere. There are all sorts of environmental considerations backed up by law to protect the local groundwater and creeks from being polluted. You can have a read here... | ohojim
01/11/2022 09:52 | Looks like the penny has dropped with the market to.Time to buy as it is clear the company is producing 40k tons a month and has sufficient stock of ROM coal produced to fill it's train commitments Added bonus Pinocchio's pants are on fire in a raging bonfire of his vanity CHECK THE ENGLISH IN THE RNSIt is the pile of stock of ROM coal which pre washing can be stock piled on open land prior to being washed for delivery.Nothing else makes logical sense and ut ties in with the operational update. | seagreen
01/11/2022 09:44 | Patt That is the major detail you got wrong, that is what you misinterpreted from the RNS.You wanted to show they only had produced what they sold so you retrospectively grabbed the month end stock figure without thinking in due haste and said it was total production for the period. As a Maths teacher said always read the question like an idiot to make sure you understand what the question is rather than answer what you want the question to say.Your logic and production figures have never and still do not make any sense. No CEO would take on another HWM to produce the levels you are claiming. He would blow up the company.I await for the penny to drop and for your, admission you have been wrong, all along | seagreen
01/11/2022 09:35 | DrewAs all you can do is criticise I suspect you can not add upThe figures do not lie they just get manipulated by con artists/idiots to falsify information.Go check the logic. There were delays I am not commenting on profitability. I am just saying correct interpretation shows we have caught up with production levels 40k tons a month. They have been serviced with regular trains they are still being serviced SG | seagreen |
