The Company has been informed that Hugo Wahnish, Non-Executive Director, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in Benchmark ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of US$0.8448 per share on 19 June 2018, and a further 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of US$0.8709 per share on 20 June 2018.

Following this transaction, Hugo's total beneficial interest in the Company is 175,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
