The Company has been informed that Yngve Myhre, Non-Executive Director, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in Benchmark ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 58 pence per share on 29 March 2021 and purchased 150,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 59 pence per share on 30 March 2021, both purchases being made by Nima Invest AS, a company solely owned by Mr Myhre.

Following this transaction, Mr Myhre's total beneficial interest in the Company is 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.15 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
