There was a placing in December 2015 for the major acquisition and that placing price was 86p I can’t see any other placings so that 86p holds us in good stead in terms of any potential overhang in that we aren’t yet even at that level despite this great sustained rise . The 86p was at a 7% discount (not much) from the 93p share price at the time

Sorry edit I just see also a placing at 65p in August 2016 placed at a premium at the time btw of over 11% to the share price

Personally I don't think there is a bid coming but of course I could be wrong! For me the massive volume a few days ago was a classic overhang clearing scenario. BMK suffers from poor liquidity and a big seller in the back ground can drag a price down for months on end. Once the 15 million trade went through that weight was removed and as we've seen a big bounce can result. I wouldn't rule out 90p quite soon as previous moves in BMK's price have been very strong. As I said though I'm not immune to getting it wrong!

I'm looking at that 75p resistance area. once the share price passes that then surely onwards to 100p.

It's just getting back to its placing price (75p?)or more based upon some actual good news for a change..

I think FERD AS increasing their stake to 17% in late October was the catalyst.

Well we know the results will be ahead because they’ve already told us. Why SCSW didn’t make this one a NAP rather than some of the trash that they tipped (and NW99 bought yesterday like IMM And ARE) I’ve no idea .

Fantastic news, wondering if its worth adding more to my portfolio before Jan 23rd update. I can't see this not reaching the £1 mark now.
