Completion of Director Placing

Belvoir Lettings plc (AIM: BLV), the UK's largest property franchise, announces that, further to the announcement of 21 July 2017 regarding a proposed placing of ordinary shares by Mike Goddard, Chairman of the Company, it has been notified by the Mike Goddard that he has successfully placed a total of 1,700,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Placing Shares") at a price of at GBP1 per share (the "Placing") with a number of new and certain existing institutional shareholders.

Dorian Gonsalves, CEO, and Louise George, CFO, have participated in the Placing, buying 15,000 ordinary shares and 10,000 ordinary shares respectively.

Cantor Fitzgerald Europe acted as Sole Bookrunner to the Placing.

Following the Placing, the revised shareholdings of the Mike Goddard and the other relevant directors is set out below:
