Belvoir Group plc (AIM: BLV), the UK's largest property franchise, announces that it has issued 30,612 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to an exercise of options by an employee, held under the terms of the Company's EMI share option scheme, at a price of 98 pence per Ordinary Share.

Application will be made for the 30,612 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on 15 January 2021 ("Admission"). Following Admission, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 35,152,617 Ordinary Shares with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 35,152,617. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
