AGM Notice Update

Belvoir Group PLC (AIM:BLV), a leading UK property franchise group, provides the following AGM notice update for shareholders ahead of the Group's Annual General Meeting to be held at 10:00 a.m. today.

Owing to an administrative error the resolution required to approve the 2020 final dividend of 5.1p per share ("the 2020 Final Dividend"), as announced on 12 April 2021, was omitted from the notice of meeting for today's AGM.

Accordingly, the resolution required to approve the 2020 Final Dividend will not be proposed at the AGM later today, nor will the 2020 Final Dividend be paid on 1 June 2021 as previously announced. Instead, the 2020 Final Dividend will be paid once approved by shareholders at a separate general meeting to be convened as soon as practicably possible. A further announcement setting out the timetable for this meeting, together with a new proposed dividend payment date, will be made shortly.

This will not affect the ex-dividend or record date for the 2020 Final Dividend, which will remain as 22 April 2021 and 23 April 2021 respectively.
